How about new shoes or tightening your shoes more? Can't say i've ever had that problem though.0

nice one ive covered what you have mentioned shoes are another subject all tobether...im thinking of dedicated ntb shoes with spds.....but then again im not sure !!!0

SPD's were a wise investment on my part anyway. Made commuting and xc'ing a lot easier. Even a decent flat soled shoe will stick to some decent flat pedals no bother too if you don't want spds.0

i used to suffer chronically with pins and needles in my trainers, tried a few different type's of trainers i had and all the same! switched to mtb shoes 5 years ago and they are great! had no problems at all since!
these are the newer version of mine and have the position for the spd's

i have just gone for spd's and they make a difference to your riding thats for sure! although i only managed 2 comedy moments with them on my first ride (one typically in a muddy puddle!!) they are well worth the investment!Timmo.

when i got mine they were one of those 'Oh yes, my foot feels at home' moments when i tried them oon in the shop! thay are just as comfy now! i normally take a 10 and i have to say a 9.5 woudl be slightly better but double socks in the winter keeps feet warm!;)
defo worth trying some on though!Timmo.
