**Free** First Aid skills course

Hi all,
I will be running another First Aid skills course at Coed LLandegla on 13th April, from 0900 -1300, with a ride on the family route with some scenarios thrown in for students to practice their new skills (weather permitting of course).
The last time I ran the course it was only open to members of NWMBA, however this time it will be open to all riders.
Cost- it will be FREE, BUT I would appreciate a minimum donation of 10.00 to the air ambulance, given either to myself or the staff at Coed LLandegla on the day.
