Does anybody know if they are still in business ? Their website is up & running but I get no response to emails and their phone line (01332 371176) is dead.

I'm trying to get a replacement spoke set for my Campag Neutron Ultra wheels. I've been trying to get hold of these spokes since October and I'm not having much luck (I'll be needing my wheels soon !!). Any alternative suggestions ??

    From what I've heard they are no more. Try Mercians maybe.
    it's a hard life if you don't weaken.

    You could try Mercian Cycles (also based in Derb), they also do a great line in campag spares

    Yep, what the others said about Mercian. I sent them an ergo lever to be serviced and got it back in 48 hours. Sent off for another part and got that back in 48 hours as well.

    Cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Geoff at Mercian is the Campag Ergo wizard. Got my shifter back working better than new, after I sheared the button off in a crash.

    I think Italian Solutions are a spin-off of Mercian, though I could be wrong
    Recipe: shave legs sparingly, rub in embrocation and drizzle with freshly squeezed baby oil.
