Spacer for Dura Ace 10s Cassette and hub - ideas?
I have a Dura Ace 10s cassette and a wheel with a Dura Ace 10s hub. When I put the cassette on the hub there is a lateral movement (obviously not right) so I need a spacer/washer to go on the hub first. Trouble is, what kind and where to get it.
I've tried Ultegra washers and they won't fit the hub for some reason. I reckon it needs to be splined (if that's the right term - notched if not) and about 1.5m thick. Any ideas anyone? I've tried my local LBS's with no luck. Cheers.

should be a 1mm spcer supplied with cassette ..if not most bike shops of any repute will have a spare !
for hubs that can take a 8/9/10 cassette you need to fit this..
you dont need it for 8 or 9 cassettes..0 -
Did you buy the cassette new? or has it come from another wheel? as the spacer you need (which is 1mm by the way) comes with the cassette. You could find your nearest service centre

You're right! It came from another wheel (which I don't have) so must have gotten lost. I hope this doesn't turn into one of those ridiculously expensive fixes - I've just spent £6 on an extended nut for the bolt on my front brakes! Cheers.

These people have them, but they are in the US so not sure if they will post it to you.

I followed your link for Shimano dealers and will be nipping into Condor bikes next week. Cheers.
