I know this has probably been asked before, but what computer best fits a bike with thin bladed forks and not much clearance in between the forks and spokes? Would it be best to get GPS or a rear mounted one?

  • If you can afford it go for a GPS, something like the Garmin 305 then you don't have to worry, you don't even have to set the wheel circumference, just attach the bracket to handlebars or stem and away you go, it's also easy to transfer from bike to bike.

The polar looks nice, not sure whether to buy a computer or go the whole hog and buy GPS.
