upping travel - marzoccchi AM 3's

hey, i have some marzocchi all mountain 3's, year 2006. now i know i can up the travel in them to 150mm from 130 by removing some spacers, but unfortunetly i have no idea how to do this 
anybody done this/know where i can find a manual to do it??? or failing that, where i could get it sent to be done??? how difficult is the job, tools needed etc would be handy.
the reason im doin this is i think i can get more out of my 3" XC bike if i just wham some really long forks in it.
nah am joking, might be getting a new, longer travel frame
