woburn trails

a friend and i are having a discussion about where the trails/jumps/dh areas are at woburn, does anyone know the name of the road its off before we kill each other?!?!?

    They do regular rides in the area.

  • dont know the name of the road
    but if you drive from woburn to woburn sands its on the left just as you come into the town
    past the layby theres a verge you can park on , go through the gate.

    its also f*cked....the DJs are ruined and the FR area is a maze of criss-crossing trails

    such a shame, but still worth a visit, check this link to see the "old" woburn

    Woburn isn't looking too shabby these days, they've tidied the freeride area up recently and extended further into the forest.

    Admittedly, none of the stuff is on the same scale as it was before health and safety found it, but theres a good range of small to medium sized drops/jumps hidden around the place. The trails are alright for a laugh and getting a bit of practice on in winter when everywhere else is soaked to the bone.
