Is there any significant differnece between these structurally/ fit wise in reality or is it all sales hype?

I've actually had one of each of those three. The Animas, which I currently have, was by far the best fit of the three. Difficult to say whether there's much difference between the three, they certainly all look farily similar. If I were you, I'd try each one on and see which one you prefer the fit of.
