Challenge Gazzetta 2008
Registration is open for the Challenge Gazzetta series of gran & medio fondo rides.
There are two events this year, both linked to the big pro races during the season:
1. Gran fondo "Stage of the Legend" / Medio fondo "Giro d'Italia"
Saturday 24 May

The course is stage 15 of the 2008 Giro d'Italia. In past years the gran fondo has been an adaptation, taking in parts of whatever Giro stage runs closest to Arabba; however this year they have done an "Étape" and the course is the entire route of the pro race stage:

2. Gran fondo & medio fondo "Giro di Lombardia"

The course is adapted from that of the Giro di Lombardia pro race that takes place the day before.
Their other Challenge Gazzetta event, the "Milano-Sanremo" medio fondo has been cancelled this year as it clashes with the Easter Sunday holiday.
