It's gotten me confused. Road drop-outs, no brake drilling on the fork and AVT says it's suspected of being 1951 vintage.
Whilst admitting that the '57 Brown Brothers book was still listing Philips type and Resilion Cantilettes it's a bit of an old fashioned frame for the period0 -
Strangely enough I have just been looking at a Buckley, 1928, full BSA fittings, Lauterwassser bars and a Brooks Sprinter saddle, too small for me though.0
