Finally got it all sorted....
Stripped brakes from bike
There was so much crap in the caliper it was unreal so cleaned them out thoroughly with hot soapy water and fitted new Gold Sintered pads (which actually come with springs) not sure if standard ones do
Removed Rotors from hubs and gave them a good old soak in hot soapy water then rinsed off and applied rotor cleaner - then re-fitted center lock rotors with Loctite
Put all back together - checked pad adjust knob and what dya know?
They are fine - just needed a bloody good clean by all accounts but not a bit of rubbing in sight!!
I am quite happy bout it actually - as you get when you get little problems sorted!

TBH you are more likely to have set them up right this time. it often happens.
but a good clean does help."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

he he more than likely Nick.
Had masses of trouble getting the pads in this time though - the rear brake took about 15 attempts!!!0 -
as they say practice makes ....... a very patent person."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
