Open ended campagon botton bracket spanner

Hi,

Does any one know where I can get hold of an open ended Campagnolo bottom bracket spanner to fit a Veloce 200 BB. I have stripped my crank extracting threads and would like to remove the crank and bottom bracket together. After removal it should be a simple job to knock the BB out with a punch...
