Cable Routing on Klein - Help!

Trying to fit deraiileur/brake cables to a klein frame.

The frame came with some plastic housings which run internal to the frame, so that the cales can run internally.

Am i supposed to pass the inner wire through these and then remove them - if so will the gear cables rub on the inside of the frame once removed?

Or are they supposed to stay in the frame once the inner wire is fitted - if so then when i come (one day) to remove the cables the inner housing supplied will become stuck in the frame?

Anyone know what i'm meant to do?

Thanks

The plastic liner needs to stay in the frame, otherwise you'll have a heck of a job if you try and rethread the cables
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
