I know teams exist to provide publicity to the sponsor but this is a sick joke. Signing up a load of exposed cheats is a cheap way to get your "rebel" image out there.

It is wrong to now put a ban on Tyler Hamilton for a 4th year without any kind of time trame for a legal process. Ball seems a decent chap as he gives 2nd chances...which everyone deserves in life

I think we should reserve judgement on poor old Tyler until Puerto fully plays out... he was never sanctioned for his (looks like) blood-assisted wins in LBL anr Romandy in 2003 (IIRC?) was he?

Sure. But people deserve a first chance too. If you start a new team, do you sign Oscar Sevilla or a promising neo-pro, do you reward Tyler Hamilton or an honest rider?
