AVID Juicy 5 Issues

Strange thing happened today. After my ride I cleaned my bike including removing the pads and cleaning the brakes out with brake cleaner.
I then took my bike from the stand and turned it upside to clean the bottom and then replaced the wheels.
The rear brake was fine straight away, but the front brake would not work, it felt like there was no fluid.
I left it standing for a while and played around with the reach adjuster and all of a sudden the brake started working fine again.
Any answers, is this related to turning the bike upside down?
Thanks all! As I am sure I have been an idiot!

sounds like there could be some air in there.
gett bleed kit atatch to lever end and (syringe half full) pull on the syringe lever and hold (degassing) then pump fluid in and repeat till no air comes out.
pump fluid back in so the resi is full disconnect fit torx bolt wipe down and seehow it feels. (feel can be checked earlier)."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
