    Mauricio Soler had a test in Pampeano climb last week (he was very susprise about how hard was for him this pass).

    It seems he is preparing serously the Giro, the route suite very well for him

    The Alpe di Pampeago road gets steeper the higher you go. Can't remember there being any hairpin corners where one can ease off either - it's just a relentless slog.

    "Corriere della Sera" (italian newspaper) say that Damiago Cunego don´t go to the Giro.

    They are sure he is going to try win the Tour (i don´t think so)
