Top tube cable guides!

Does anyone know of any good top tube cable guides?

Not sure if somebody was producing custom ones?

Any info much appreciated.

Thanks that's the sort of thing. I also remember the Shimano and Dia Compe plastic ones as well as these but I am glad to see they are still available.
