Bottom bracket help?

hey
i need a new bottom bracket as mine decided to finaly go..
but im not sure what one to get due to all sizes etc etc..
its an isis one
the one i have now says..
BB-9400
L<73>R
BC1.37'x224T

can anybody simplify this please?

    does not matter as the ISIS fit both 68 and 73mm bb's.

    but yours is for a 73mm bb. and measure the length of the axle. should be 113mm
