Tyre buzz on patriot 7+

I have an orange patriot 7+ 2005 and i have recently fitted Maxxis 2.5 (£15 basic model) tyres. The back tyre has started buzzing the seat tube when I jump off drops. The Rear shock isn't bottoming out. Do I need to put different tyres on or can i lenthen the shock in some way? Any help appreciated.

    it happens. not much you can do except change to a different tyre.

    and Which maxxis tyre they do make quite a few different ones at 2.5!

    Duh! Yeah I stupidly forgot to add that

    Its a Maxxis High Roller single ply 2.5"
