Dura ace bar end problem
I have Dura Ace bar end shifters on my bike which I have only just fitted - first time I have used bar ends.
My problem is that on the left hand shifter - controlling the front derailleur (on a double) - the required movement to shift gears is very fine, but the range of movement available is way over what I need. Consequently, unless I am very careful, I throw the chain too far over the big ring and it then comes off. The instructions that came with the shifters was rubbish.
Is it the shifters or do I need to adjust the derailleur?
