Bike fit

I am looking for a place locally (i live in south Wales about 45 minutes away from Cardiff) where i can get a professional 'bike fit'. I've been advised to get a bike fit and some custom insoles specific to cycling by my physio after suffering from ongoing knee problems.
Cycle fit in London has had brilliant reviews (especially by pezcyclingnews.com) but is there anywhere closer that is as good?

    Not if you want to do the insole thing as well. You can get specialized insoles, but C-fit do both the standard moulded insole or the high end E-Sole system which is good but expensive. I'd bite the bullet and make a day of it. The guys there are v.professional and will sort you out subject to your conditions being fixable.

    AW Cycles in Caversham (Reading) does a good measuring service. They do the Shimano thermo form shoes will they sort your problem or do you need orthotics? Closer than London, just. M4 just south of map detail.
