Bike for my Bro'

Following up my last thread about a bike for my soon to be 13 year old brother, I kinda ground to a halt with price being the prohibiting factor.
Today I came across this :arrow:
Here's a rough guide to spec:
Orange/Black
Alloy 14" dirt jump style frame
Shimano 7 Spd with SRAM TRX gear shifter
Alloy stem with low rise handlebar
Max graffiti saddle
Alloy doublewall rims with aggressive 2.3 tyres
Mechanical disc brakes front and rear with Tektro levers
AIRLite - Aluminium
I know the forks a heavy beast but the bike is well within budget @ £198, wadday think :?:
I reckon it may well be a good intro to dirt jumping which is what he seems interested in..........
