Blocking frame mounting holes

I'm getting my new P7 built up and the frame has lots of threaded fittings for bottle cages, rack, crud catcher, etc. What is the best thing to block these up with? The obvious one is bolts but is there a good lighter option?

Something like these (assuming your holes are 8mm or 10mm)?

ah... this thread has reminded me....
I have these threaded holes for a bottle rack etc in my seat tube. My problem is that my seat won't go all of the way down because behind the hole is the little threaded tube that takes the screws.....
Can these be removed, or is it easier to cut a little slot in the front of the seat post to allow it to slide over the thread bearer? OR just leave it all alone!!
Thoughts please folks....Whenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I believe in the future of the human race.

Don't cut a slot, just chop your seatpost down. You'll probably need to re-mark the minimum insertion point and ensure you still have enough in the frame to prevent bending.0

a bit of vaseline does the trick, just cover the hole with a dab of it.ali norman0
