Just wondering if anyone has had experience of Look's two different pedal types, and has any opinions to share?

I currently have the delta, but since I need to replace them soon I was wondering about trying the Keos? The delta pedals are still available, but probably only while stocks last.

Cheers,

Thom

i have had both ( with SPDRs in the interlude ) ..

Keos are nice & feel secure ..

newer plates are easier to "walk" in than the 1st series keos & i think some even better ones due out..

give Deltas are being phased out..go with the lighter/smaller/moderner?? Keos

I switched to carbon Keos from 2-sided spd pedals. They're great, very secure and incredibly light.

I've had both. I found the Keos less easy to clip into at first, simply due to the fact that they're smaller, but soon got used to them. I use Shimano shoes which have quite a curved sole. The first time I mounted the Keo cleats they bent slightly to mould to the shape of the sole when I tightened the screws. That meant I couldn't clip in to the pedal. Had to put a washer between the front of the cleat and the sole to keep the cleat flat.
