Looking for advice, please.
I've always enjoyed cycling, especially in the last 5 months when it's helped me shift a good amount of blubber. The longer I spend on my (el cheapo) bike, the more I wonder how best to set up seat height, pitch, handlebars and so on in order to optimize riding and place the least stress on my body - quite frankly I left it how it came into my possession. Any help would be gratefully received.

If you are in the maket for a new bike, most decent bike shops will offer a bike fitting service as part of the deal. Some will offer the service for a fee if you are not buying a new bike.0

I used Mosquito Bikes in London for a fitting - I found the service excellent and it has made a difference on the bike... Session was quite involved and included an element of coaching in best bike position for efficiency / power, etc.
