Been a few years since I competed in an RTTC time trial (are they still even known as the RTTC anymore?)
Can anyone tell me from their reams of regulations whether 24" front wheels are still legal
Don't think they are for UCI or BC events, but the RTTC always used to apply their own rules, being back in the ark etc.!!!!

They are now the CTT (Cycling Time Trials) but nothing else much has changed.
Rule 14 of the regulations:

doesn't mention wheel sizes, but you may fall foul of "The height from the ground to the forearm resting position is no less than 80% of the height of the saddle from the ground" bit. Get the tape measure out!
Mind you, you probably wouldn't be able to see where you were going in that extreme a position anyway.0 -
Cheers for that, that helps!
Most of my events were out your way Bronzie, we may even have been out on runs together, I get out with a crowd from MK, my lo-pro and my position was quite well known around those parts when I was competing mid to late 90's!! Worked well enough for 20min 10's!!0
