front mech not shifting through the rings

hi ppl having a real shitty time with my front mech (deore lx)cant seem too be able to set it up tryde setting up the low stop screw high top screw and addjusting the cable but it wont shift into the granny ring or big ring and anything i try ant working or making it worse can anybody help as its starting to get on my tits !!!!!!

    is it new? what else has changed?

    have you follow the info on park tools?

    bikes about 12 months old and it start playing up at the weekend thought it might have been just some crap caught up in it so had a look and there was nothing there set it up using the grime time clinic out of aprils mbuk and i still aint been able too sort it in fact at the mo im limping on just the middle ring :(
