Hi

I've been bargain hunting - looking for RS Reba's on Ebay

Problem is, they all mention different steerer tube lengths some cut, some uncut.

How do I know what length to get?

I've got a '07 Trek 4500, if that's any help...

Also, do I want the type with adjustable travel?

You need to measure from the fork crown (on your bike) to the top of the stem and subtract about 5mm (so you can preload the bearings). That should give you the steerer length you need.

Uncut ones will fit any bike.
