chain reaction cycles

hey i need to order a new "qr20 clamp unit and knob" for my 03 dj1's but it appears that i can only get them from chain reaction cycles, but whenever i phone it says "phone line busy" EVERY time. i've also tried e-mailing them too, but got no reply. has this happened to anyone else, i'm just curious to know as it's been happening for about a week now, and i can't put my forks back on my bike without it

if you want an answer from them it usually takes a few days but if you order something its usually delivered next day.

Yep. I recently ordered a pair of Look Keo pedals. Literally arrived next day even to these backwoods.

Yeah phoning takes ages, I had to as the wheel build options didn't have the bits I wanted. Took me at least 15 tries to get through.. Just keep trying, it'll work eventually.
