Burley d lite cycle trailer - second hand value?

Hi - we have arranged to sell the above to a work colleague, and wondered what was a fair second hand price.
Its quite old and very tatty - having been used daily for c 5 years, though still very roadworthy. All the fabric is quite discoloured and a bit worn in places - plus point though is
- It comes with a stroller kit attached, whih cost about £50 when we added it.
any advice would be appreciated.. thanks - Gary
