Trails in banbury area

I am going to Banbury area for a week and have all but one day planned out does anyone know a xc trails center around that area.

    Not aware of any trail centres in the area - probably closest may be Cannock Chase - but there is some decent XC just west of Banbury in the Cotswolds. Have a look at the Cleeve Common route in the last issue of MBR - medium route 34 km and (as long as it dont rain between now and when you ride) is running nice and firm at the moment.

    You won't be too far from the ridgeway, has some great trails running off it !

    Are Aston hill and worburn sands worth considering for XC.

    if so which one is better/more fun.
