orange sizing

I'm buying an orange P7, website suggests a 21" frame for my height (6'3") but the local bike shop say it is a large bike and a 19" would be better for me. They do stock this but not the 21" so I cant compare directly.
Anyone got experience or advice on this

I think at 6"3 its borderline. Over that height you would probably be best on a 21" frame, under that height you would be better on a 19" BUT the only way to actually find out is to test them first.

Have they got another 21" sized orange?
