mudguards for a pinarello?

hi everyone,just bought a pinarello angliru italian frame full alu with carbon fork,campag veloce groupset,campag khamsin 700/23 wheelset.Cant wait to take for a spin but the crap weather is doing my head in.Can anyone recommend any guards, there is hardly any room between tyre and frame/brakes and no nipples(sorry dont know the term) to fix mud guards to.If there is a solution how do i fix them to the bike without damaging paint work.You cant tell i'm a newby can you! Thanks :?

I think the word you are looking for is eyelets.
