big foot shoe sizes

I have got big feet size 13 uk 48 euro the only shoes I have been able to get to fit are shimano mp66 in a 13 and even they are a bit snug also they weigh a bit and pong in hot weather does anyone know of a shoe brand that does a wide fitting I am looking for something light comfy and and pong resistant for summer wouldnt mind spending £100 for the right shoe must be spd compatible :?

Specialized do shoes in a 48 size, its best finding a shop that stocks them, larger stores tend to have a better selection.
