upgrade or new bike?

have a giant terrago disc which although a good bike am thinking i def ned some new forks thinking either reba sl or recon and some new avid brakes have already spent money upgrading

before i spend upwards of another 4-£500 would like to ask is it time to move on to another bike and fit these parts or just stick with this build

Its getting to the point where the frame is the weak link in the build - as good as it is, ots not like youd find on a bike that would have those components as standard.0
