SRAM Force shifters - rattle

Is anyone else experiencing an annoying rattling noise from their SRAM force brake/shifter units? I'm now on my second set, after having a pair replaced under warranty but the new ones have an irritating rattle too. Unless the road surfact us totally smooth, there is a chatter from the right hand control unit that I can't get rid of. Is anyone else experiencing this or better still have you managed to stop it??
