Hi,
Is it possible to use a Shimano Alfine hub (as seen on Cannondale Bad Boys or Genesis bikes) on a full suss mountain bike? I can't see a reason why not, but best to ask?
Also, anyone know where you can buy one of the hubs and a likely cost?
I can't find a stockist anywhere
Thanks
Adam

what is the O.L.D. of the alfine? 135mm? if not then you can not."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Cheers Nick,
Yup, OLD dimension is 135mm so guess this means it's fine.

Anyone know how much these beasties cost or about fitting them to a normal wheel?
Thanks
