Bearings Question..

Hi,

I have a Focus Cayo with a Truvativ Elita chainset and "outboard" BB bearings.
I hate not knowing how anything works on my bike/s, so can anyone tell me how these bearing cups are removed?
Is a special tool needed?

Some form a C-spanner I imagine (like Shimano externals)?

then a toothed C-spanner - altho' I can't find a tool link on the sram site! If you are an insensitive soul then gas-pliers will do! Or a drift and hammer if you have no finer engineering instincts whatsoever!!

I'll have to get a tool because waiting to get your bike booked into a shop is a joke in London!
