Fulcrum 5's or 7's

As one of the seemingly much maligned noobs, I'm upgrading the wheels on my first road bike and wondered whether the difference in price was worth paying for the 5's rather than the 7's.

What's the practical difference between them?

Get the 5's. No idea what the practical difference is, guess weight and stiffness. My Wilier came with 7's and I didn't like them (although I had been riding 1's prior to getting the Wiler), promptly upgraded to 0's which were far far better, but I reckon you'd see a good difference with the 5's, they seem to be well thought of.

agree with Jash - i haven't ridden either, but heard / read a lot about the two sets - from what I can gather the 7's are just an option in the entry level market - while the 5's are very well thought of.

if you budget allows - go for the 5's
