Isis triple chainset - hard to find

I'm trying to find a triple chainset (must be ISIS hence the challenge!) to use on my best bike. Ideally something carbon / lightweight / bling to match a quality frame and other components. Preferably with 172.5mm cranks.

I think that FSA used to do one a few years ago, but haven't managed to track one down.

Why does it need to be ISIS? Is it a chainline issue?

Why not get a new chainset and BB? BBs are cheap enough.

Simple explanation - it's to be used with my Ergomo power meter which has an Isis BB.
