So... it's that time of the year again: self-induced deprivation and misery
Anyone got any good ones this year?
I have to say I'm sticking with the classics of chocolate and booze and today was rather hard...

both me and millie have decided to give up swearing
only happens when stressed, but since we both work with children a lot (she's a child nurse so stressed and working with children at the same time most of the time) it's possibly best if we're not prone to swearing
she's contemplating giving up alcohol for lent but she's done that before.

as of tonight - late I know but at least I'm making the effort - I'm giving up eating after dinner. so all the little snacky things I eat after my meal are gone. I'm also giving up eating more than whats on my plate. Just because its on the table it doesnt mean I should eat it.
