looking for a new isis drive BB. no idea where to start looking but:
previous one i believe is a "TruVativ Power Spline Cartridge"
to go on truvativ husslefelt cranks
£40 or less
aggressive XC / all mountain / freeride take your pick on what to call it
current width is something like 67mm? but realised that looking on CRC this width doesn't matter?
thanks for any ideas!

power spline is NOT ISIS you need a powerspline BB."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Powerspline is Truvativs invention - be hard pushed to find any other branded one. So if it is powerspline, just get a new one.0

sooo,
if i buy this:

what else do i need? not familiar with shimano's cranks.
one of these i guess:

what else?0 -
That will be what you need to install it. However you will need to 'face' the frame. And remove the old one which uses a different tool(s).0

yeah got the tool to remove the old one. i'm just lost as to "where the bearings are"
facing the frame is a job most bike shops can do? just a case of machining the face or something is it?0 -
Yes, the shop will do it. The BB cups fit externally. Park Tools shows you the set up - pretty straightforward!0
