    yes, got a set on my winter bike - Centaur, pluis using them with Avid BB 7 disc brakes (rear hub is a DT Swis 240 disc, with Campag freehub) Got it all from Condor

    Recipe: shave legs sparingly, rub in embrocation and drizzle with freshly squeezed baby oil.

    That's interesting. Would they work with an old 8 speed Mirage cassette I wonder? I've put flat bars on my custom 653 frame but had to source friction shifters and now it doesn't have indexed gearing. Not a serious problem for light touring but it might be nice to regain the facility I had when I had the Ergopower on drop bars.
