Guys,

my gf's spesh is slipping under hard load on occasion, it's not the chain, it just sometimes spins a distance before engaging.

I thought the cassette had a built in freehweel, which is the SRAM PG-830, available for £13.99 from CRC.

But on the parktools website, it seems to suggest that most modern bikes have a freewheel what mounts on the hub, and then the cassette connects to that.

In which case do I need to buy the cassette, that will come with a freewheel?
Or can I/should I be looking for purely a freewheel?

Thanks

Dan
