Setting up a pair or Time pedals & cleats, so you set up the cleats so your feet copy the angle of your feet whenever you sit on a high stool and watch the way you feet hang, ie toe in or toe out.
well my feet point toe out so to get my cycling shoes to point toe out which way should the cleats point?

If your heel is closer to the bottom bracket than your toes, you should set the cleat up so that the toe end of the cleat points towards the big toe side of the shoe.

This thread has just reminded me I need to tweak my right shoe's cleat position, as I get an ache below my little toe on my commute!!
