err i personally wouldnt, i would go for something like a middleburn for long life/leightweight (and im guessing cheaper too!!!) but if the BCD and teeth numbers are the same, it should work... whats in the rest of your drive chain??? if its all lx level, i wouldnt recommend it.

as long as the bolt pattern and spacing are the same then yes. (be aware that rings of differing speed groups are different widths so get the same as your current rings).

  • I'd flog the rings you have and then get middleburn hardcoat slick shift rings. Indestructible if you're mechs are set up properly.

I've been riding SS with a stainless steel chain on a middleburn hardcoat ring for 3 months and it still looks brand new.

If it was me i would buy a steel Deore middle ring from CRC for about £7 and use that til it dies, its the chepest and most cost effective solution if u ask me.
