Carbon frame on a towbar carrier?
I've got the bottom of the range Thule towbar carrier and would like to know if it cause any harm to a carbon frame.
The bike wheels sit in channels and are strapped down. the frame is attached to a central loop thingy by a strap. I put a piece of pipe lagging around the the bike to protect the paint. With two bikes one is strapped on the seat tube and one on the down tube. The bikes do rock from side to side when the car is moving.
If I were to go to for a carbon frame what's the chances of anything being damaged?
