Hope LED 2 handlebar mount

Sorry for the basic question and if the answer is already posted - I couldn't find it.

Can anyone confirm that to secure/remove the Hope LED light to the handlebar mount you need a spanner and allen key, and to secure the whole thing to the handlebar you need another sized allen key.

Therefore if you want to remove the light at all, then you're better off removing the whole light and bracket from the handlebar.

basically, you are correct.
I remove mine at the mount/bar point not light/mount.
apparently in next years (out in sept) they're re-doing the mount.
this years one does me fine though

Mark I also remove the whole thing - it's not difficult, like you say, 1 allen key.

It's a decent light so I can forgive this small design issue...
