Talking to myself! First sign of madness!

I rode alone today for the first time in probably 10 years without listening to music and as a result started talking to myself! :P

Is this common or have I completely lost the plot!?

Have to admit to having a stern word with myself a few weeks ago when i bottled a set of stone steps. Was half way through something along the lines of 'get a f-ing grip you big fanny' when someone rode past following a much better line than the one I'd tried! :oops:

stuck in my head on saturday so was singing along to that not even the sort of song i usually listen to, catchy though

i normally have a convo with my self in my head for the majority of the way around when i ride regardless of the music on, but i do normally on the climbs talk out loud as such to my self!
sometimes its the only way to get a good conversation!!!!
