would this headset work with a set of 2006 marzocchi z1 sport forks with the streerer cut down to 180mm??

    depends on the difference in height to your current set up and your frames head tube, if your old headset is smaller in height than the pig and you have no spacers under your stem then no, if the pig is the same or smaller than your current headset or if you have spacers under your stem then it should fit.

    yes but it might nor fit your frame.

    what is the length of your head tube? what is the height of your stem? ......
